Our Chief Appreciative Officer

Ines Meneses has been inspiring growth and developing skills in others as a professional facilitator and coach for the last 18 years and informally for the last 29 years. In every single job she had since undergrad, as soon as she acquired some level of mastery, she would intuitively start developing others and multiplying expertise.
Ines designs, facilitates, and coaches in strengths-based, appreciative programs. She has a holistic approach that integrates body, mind, emotions, and soul.
She works in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
She used to work as a global project manager for Motorola where she led information management projects involving 10 countries and 9 time zones.
Ines co-founded the Brazilian Chapter of Society for Intercultural Education, Training, and Research (SIETAR) and she led the organization as President and Vice-President for its first 5 years.
She taught Cross-Cultural Management and Complexity Management at the Master in Business Administration at Business School São Paulo.
She holds an MBA in Information Management from University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor’s from FGV, a Brazilian top business school. She is certified in Appreciative Inquiry by Case Western University, Advanced Spiritual Psychology by University of Santa Monica, as PMP (Project Management Professional) by Project Management Institute, and as Coach by Integrated Coaching Institute.
Ines holds a third degree black belt in Aikido, the Japanese martial art of harmony, balance, and victory over one's self. She is Brazilian and she has shared her life between Brazil and the US. She currently lives with her husband near some woods in metro Detroit.
