Inspire Soul-centered women to:
Inspire Soul-centered women to:
- Advance in global leadership while living wholeheartedly*
- Deliver and communicate the results of a heartfelt project
- Open to receive
*"Wholehearted living is about engaging in our lives from a place of worthiness. It’s about cultivating the courage, compassion, and connection to wake up in the morning and think, No matter what gets done and how much is left undone, I am enough. It’s going to bed at night thinking, Yes, I am imperfect and vulnerable and sometimes afraid, but that doesn’t change the truth that I am also brave and worthy of love and belonging."

Logistics
We meet online weekly for 36 weeks spread over 9 months, with breaks. Start date for the next cohort is to be announced.
How it works
As mentioned in the objectives, the program revolves around a heartfelt project. You get to gestate and give birth to the deliverables of your choice, cradled by a community of Soul-centered women leaders.
Our work is based on 6 pillars: Clarity, Strengths, Support, Commitment, Consistency, and Celebration.
Each person defines the direction of their project. Some examples are Joyous Prosperity, Radiant Health, Amazing Motherhood, Refreshing Sabbatical, and Fun Service. We honor our past, rekindle our real cases of past success, and learn about our strengths and how to leverage them. From this place of embracing who we are, we dare to dream about the future and let our imagination run wild. We visit the imaginary land where anything is possible, then we return to the present and design which we choose to create. Some examples of what people choose to create are a business, a product launch, a team, a new career, a movement. We design what game we will play.
The content is cumulative, that is, each week builds upon the previous one. Each week you work on a different aspect of your project. Between meetings there will be material to study on your own, apply to your project, and come to class prepared to share, discuss, and ask questions.
Between sessions there is both ad-hoc and structured communication between members of the cohort and with the facilitators. Members turn in weekly assignments which are reviewed and commented on by facilitators and classmates. We build a virtual team of support and cheerleading each other’s projects.
Each meeting starts with a check in, a declaration of intention, and a celebration of the progress and accomplishments of the week. During class we go over content that is best suited for live interaction, and we engage in interactive activities, including break outs. We end each session with a declaration of the intention for the week and commitments to action.
The tempo of the program supports a steady forward movement in the accomplishment of your goals. The group accountability assists each person in staying on top of their project.
All of this while having FUN! Together we build this space as a safe container for us to play, experiment, laugh. And even cry. When one of us fall, we are there to catch and assist each other in getting back up.
This program is based on the foundation of appreciating, loving, and nurturing ourselves. We are gentle with ourselves.
Grace and Ease
We turn hard work into effortless momentum. Like a rocket escaping the gravitational field, we put in the energy to break old patterns and build new habits, rituals, and thoughts. Then we practice consistently, over and over, until the positive new patterns become so strong that they create a life of their own.
We take ownership of our inner dialogue. We become aware of the voices in our heads and we consciously choose which voices to listen and which ones to ignore. Like a soundboard managing several mics, we regulate the volume of the multiple channels and only what matches the vibe of “K-Love” radio gets to be on. That’s the frequency we listen to and also the frequency we broadcast in. Just like we are careful with the inner and outer voices that we give attention to, we are selective with the words we speak. We hone our vocabulary to use language that is empowering, appreciative, and Soul-centered.
We allow the Divine to manifest through us, rather than pushing through with force. Instead of “figuring it out”, having to know all the answers, and doing it on our own, we open ourselves to listen to Spirit’s guidance and allow ourselves to be used as instruments. We recognize, accept, and follow the Divine plan as it is revealed to us step by step. We allow ourselves the discomfort of not knowing.
We work on the outer environment (what we are manifesting in physical world reality) and in the inner environment (the quality of the experience we are having within).
We embrace our imperfections, knowing that everything is right and proper by design.
We are zealous caretakers of our body, mind, and emotions. High achievers often achieve their goals at a high personal cost, such as burn out, strained personal relationships, physical diseases, stress, and anxiety. This program revamps the personal systems and processes that we use to achieve. We learn to accomplish from a place of flow, grace, and ease.
Fundamental Rules
We adopt the same fundamental rules as Insight Seminars and University of Santa Monica:
Curriculum
We start the program by getting to know each other. We collectively establish protocols and guidelines for being and communicating with each other. We learn about our 5 Love Languages, how to best work virtually, and playing in the global landscape.
Here are some of the topics we have planned, which may change depending on the specific needs of the group:
This is not only about delivering, it is also about joyfully broadcasting to the world that we have delivered. We will get to communicate and celebrate our results via:

Testimonials
“For over three decades I could never answer the simple question “what do you want?”. Not only did I feel lost and depressed, I was not able to advance in my career because I had no idea what I wanted to do. This leadership program has helped me gain clarity of the focuses in my life, redefine my strengths, celebrate my success and build tangible steps towards reaching my goals. After several months of coaching by Ines and the genuine support of fellow women in this community, I have never felt this clear, strong and free. Be prepared to find out what you were born to do!“

Mabel, Director of Operations
"I first thought that this program would organize my tasks and my practical life... suddenly I was immersed in my deep feelings, my strange fears and my dark emotions... my life flipped upside down! It was a totally cleaning process, supported by beautiful women and precious souls, with so much love and care involved. In the end I realized my main task is loving myself and others to finally see my real goals in life. I can't describe how much I progressed during the time we shared together! Ines gives us a beautiful sense of freedom, focus, strength and power, combined with support and resilience. This program changed my life and I just want to share this experience with everybody that doubts how strong we can be!! So much gratitude and love!!"
