Soul-Centered Women’s Leadership
5-Day Challenge
Day 1
We create a shared understanding of what it means to be a Soul-Centered Woman Leader. This will be the direction of our inquiry. It is where we will focus our energy and attention during the week.
Day 2
We engage in dialogues that reveal our peak experiences from the past as Soul-Centered Women Leaders, our strengths, and our dreams for the future.
Day 3
We explore in more depth:
Day 4
We give ourselves permission to go wild. We leverage our creative imagination and act as if our dreams of Soul-Centered Women's Leadership have already happened. We share the creative expressions of our visions in whatever ways are meaningful. Some examples of expressions are role play, movement, music, collage, drawing, painting.
Day 5
From our big vision, we get to reflect about quick wins/low hanging fruits. What is an easy thing, that if accomplished, would give a major boost of energy?
We brainstorm ideas for action.
Each of us closes the week by picking a microstep, something ridiculously easy and small, that would get us moving in the direction of our dreams.
